Everything Giovanny had told us was true and the property met our expectations. It was nice to meet Garry, the seller, as well and compliment him on the quality of his re ovation work. On that day Janet and I felt that we were among friends. The lead up to settlement was charactised by trust. The contract was conditional upon the Sale of our property in Hobart. Giovanni was happy to communicate with my agent in Hobart to be reassured about that contract. Giovanni is busy man. But, he always cled back and answered emails efficiently.
