Amazing to deal with
Jake was amazing to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he got back to me straight away when I reached out. I felt informed the whole time, he kept me in the loop from the beginning, particularly at the end when a few things started to fall into place for my sale. Could not recommend Jake enough!

Giovanni’s has a fantastic knowledge of the market with excellent communication skills
Giovanni has a great knowledge of the market both current and past. He brings a lot of confidence to a seller with a friendly professional demeanour. He provided a planning calendar which was spot on, providing marketing and staging deadlines. Giovanni put his excellent skills to the fore with his marketing of the property, the staging was astounding with brilliant photos. The way Giovanni details a property is very personal and he captures a high interest from prospective buyers. Giovanni is very confident about the real estate market and gives sound advice to achieve the best possible price. He does what he says and for me was an outstanding agent throughout the sale. Very approachable, friendly and if I’m ever in the position of buying or selling again in Townsville market I wouldn’t hesitate to call Giovanni. He puts people first and it’s refreshing, he’s also surrounded by a great team.

Mary Anne understands Magnetic Island
MaryAnne was the perfect agent to sell a block of land on Magnetic Island with few services or infrastructure. I was happy with the price that Mary Anne achieved and she was diplomatic in her dealings with enquiries - explaining that the key to building on this block related to environmental sustainability and understanding the constraints that were involved in a remote section of the island.

Finger on the pulse
Jake's communication was amazing. He is prompt and seems to have his finger on the pulse when it comes to the Real Estate market in Burdell, Townsville. Jake was super helpful, giving us advice and referring us to the right people to get our property to the standard we wanted before sale. Jake knew what I needed before even asking me. Excellent marketing skills
Ricardo was the seller’s property agent, and we were the buyer. Even though he didn’t work for us, he helped us greatly through the stressful buying process. He was very approachable friendly, responsive and would always give you a call back. Also, he has exceptional marketing skills. I feel like he is only person in Townsville who uses WhatsApp which was important for us as we live outside of Townsville. After the purchasing property he even helped us find a contractor for some cosmetic property fixing. When we decide to sell our properties, we will definitely call Ricardo to help us with marketing and selling.
