Mal was absolutely the best from day 1. I have never bought property before and am quite young so had absolutely no idea what I was doing. Mal made everything as smooth and easy as possible and had a "no frills approach". Mal was professional, transparent and approachable. Mal was always so quick to get back to me and went above and beyond to ensure I got the first home of my dreams - including working on both a Saturday and Sunday to ensure I got the contract done as soon as possible. Mal continued to work diligently behind the scenes and I really didn't have to do anything or worry about anything - he did all the hard work and I am extremely grateful. Mal's son, Phil, also helped in the process and I am so lucky that both of them were my real estate agents and couldn't recommend either of them enough.

Being a first time home buyer I was very anxious about take the plunge into the market.
