Jan has a thorough knowledge of Townsville real estate including builders, housing estates past and present and the conveyancing process. We interviewed a number of agents before deciding to go with Jan and while all were professional and enthusiastic, Jan's patience, confidence and a recommendation by a friend of ours were a deciding factor. We found Jan's commission rate to be very competitive and she assisted in suggestions in styling the home and presentation, while telling us which additional advertising costs we could reasonably forgo. Jan was early to every open house and diligently followed up every lead and enquiry. We were very happy with the process and will go with Jan again if we ever sell again!
