I can't speak highly enough of Jan. She REALLY cares. She was the 4th agent we went through over a year and she was the most diligent, professional, friendly, caring Agent we came across. Her complete focus was selling my house taking into account my concerns about constant inspections and delivering on the price we needed to achieve. When selling the home and opening it up for private inspections she ensures she provides a clear running of all aspects of the home, inclusives and positive aspects to any buyers. I wish we had known about her 18 month ago, would have saved us a lot of unnecessary open inspections, signed and cancelled contracts due to failure to ensure buyers had finance approved first and advertising costs with horrible photographs. With other agents it was one issue after another. With Jan it was a signed and secured contract after her first open inspection. Jan WILL deliver for you and is a genuine agent who cares for her client. Don't waste your time with any other.
