I can't speak highly enough of Jan. She REALLY cares. She was the 4th agent we went through over a year and she was the most diligent, professional, friendly, caring Agent we came across. Her complete focus was selling my house taking into account my concerns about constant inspections and delivering on the price we needed to achieve. Jan constantly communicated as required as to what was occurring and why. She treated me respect at all times. I would most definitely recommend Jan Lee to anyone and everyone who is considering selling their house. Jan is completely transparent, clear cut and true to her word. When selling the home and opening it up for private inspections she ensures she provides a clear running of all aspects of the home, inclusives and positive aspects to any buyers. I wish we had known about her 18 month ago, would have saved us a lot of unnecessary open inspections, signed and cancelled contracts due to failure to ensure buyers had finance approved first and advertising costs with horrible photographs. With other agents it was one issue after another. With Jan it was a signed and secured contract after her first open inspection. Jan WILL deliver for you and is a genuine agent who cares for her client. Don't waste your time with any other.

MaryAnne does her homework and has fantastic local knowledge / experience because she’s a long term local! My property was an odd one to market but MaryAnne had great tools at hand and determination through difficult Covid times in a severely depleted tourism based local economy. I got a great feeling about her honesty first up and regular communication throughout the “For Sale” period reinforced my initial thoughts. The “Offer” & “Under Contract” support from MA and all at Explore is second to none. Very happy for her advice regarding an unusual early possession request from the buyer. I was well protected at every step. MA is well placed in the local market and has great reliable, trustworthy relationships with many stakeholders. Oh and she’s a talented photographer too!
