Jan was a very proffessional Lady to deal with, and would listen to what we wanted to know about the property, which she was able to give us the information we needed. Because it was around the Christmas season and we were about to embark on a holiday which had been booked previously things had to be done a lot on the phone, but Jan was up to the task and did the organising we needed done.

We met numerous agents during our time on the Island inspecting both existing houses & available land. It's fair to say that they must meet a lot of dreamers, which translates to a lot of tyre kickers who are never going to make a purchase. We consider it fortunate that MaryAnne qualified us as a legitimate buyer fairly early & that the land we chose to purchase had MaryAnne as the agent. During the sales process we found that MaryAnne had exceptional communication skills. She was excellent at keeping us abreast of progress throughout the negotiation process. If we were prospective vendors on the Island then we'd consider MaryAnne as the first choice to list our property.
