As vendors selling from 1 300km away, we had our daughter doing the groundwork. She found Explore on the internet and phoned and organised a meeting with Giovanni. She was most impressed with his manner and how prepared and organised he was for this meeting. Giovanni made suggestions for preparing the house for sale and after we had selected him for our agent, helped organise tradesmen to do this. He prepared a comprehensive marketing plan which we agreed to. Throughout this process, Giovanni used his exceptional communication skills to keep our daughter and us informed of progress. comfortable. First i saw this property in domain and gave a ring to givanni..He quickly made an appointment for viewing on same day....From the very first day to settlement he helped me alot...Even he is working for seller he was quite fair for both sides...Yes he was trying to sell the property...That was his job But He went to seller and got few things done for me as well....Even after settlement He arrenge a wastage bin as well from buyer....I really appreciated his service and recommended for anyone....
