Right from the first moment we walked into the house Mark was friendly, inviting and always up for a laugh. As first home buyers my partner and I had little knowledge of the process and Mark was nothing but helpful the whole way. He never pressured us into doing anything we didn't want to and always made us feel comfortable. He was always willing to answer any questions we had (no matter how stupid they seemed!). Very professional, kept appointments and me up-to date with the proceedings. He gave us the house plans and council approvals promptly on request. Answered all our questions and if he didn't have the answer followed it up and had the answer within a timely manner. I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying or selling real estate.
