Someone you can trust to do the job!!!!
Buying and selling property is one of the most trying but productive times in your life. We have all heard the old rap that real estate/car agents have recieved and have personally met, certainly some deserved, less said about that the better??? I personally have dealt with real estate one way or another in the past but dealings with Anthony Zadravic have been outstanding, nothing is too much, always willing to help out. He is extremely professional, on the ball and ready to go doing his upmost for both his vendor but purchaser also. When conversing with Anthony his enthusiasm shines through, he will move your property for you with both honesty and integrity, he will have his finger on the pulse keeping an eye out for a property you might be interested in purchasing. He is a personable character, someone that I could highly recommend when dealing with that stressful/frustrating subject of "Real Estate!"

Professional and easy to deal with

Anthony is wonderful!
Anthony has been a great help during the process of buying a home. He is friendly, courteous and efficient. He knows the area really well and has found tradies to do small renovation jobs for me. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for him. I wish all estate agents were like him!

Fantastic result with the best agent in NSW
It was a great pleasure selling our house in Booker bay with Anthony. Not even two weeks on the market and Anthony sourced the perfect buyer at the right price for our property. What an amazing result and to top this a cash sale settling in 3 weeks! Anthony's positive and encouraging attitude made the experience so much fun. What a great guy. I have known Anthony for 18 years and I can honestly say, there is no one else that I would have entrusted to sell our home. He is, without a doubt, one of the hardest working people I know and he did everything he could to make the sale of our home easy for us. He kept us up-to-date during the whole process and was always available if we had any questions. You really will, absolutely, thank your lucky stars if you have him working for you to get the best deal possible. He is one-of-a-kind and we so appreciated his help in selling our home.

Extremely positive, awesome personality and easy to deal with.
We met Anthony at an open and we decided on the spot he was the agent for us. Anthony understood our "not so common" property and its appeal to a particular audience. Selling is stressful enough but Anthony made it fun. We actually bought our next property from him and it was also painless. Anthony is now a friend more than our agent.

We met Anthony at a property that ended up being unsuitable for our family, but in meeting Anthony, we knew we were sold on him and kept in contact with him and trusted him to find a property that did meet our requirements. Thankfully, in a reasonable timeframe he was able to match us with a great property that ticked many of our boxes at a fair price.
