We chose Anthony due to his enthusiasm and positive happy personality and all the way through our sale process he didn’t fail to be this. He made us feel as if he had only our house to sell as he had the patience to show everyone at any time of the day, even on bank holidays. Anthony is such a ‘time giver’ and on one particular day he showed our house to one buyer for 3 hours! He has expansive knowledge and experience of the bays area and surrounds being the outdoor boating fishing guy that he is. Also having being an ex landscaper he was always willing to assist with helping buyers that had questions involving this, not to mention how much he helped us prepare with the styling and even plastered for us! Our house is unique plus Horsfieid bay isn’t a very known area, however despite this Anthony found buyers but due to the strict market at the time financials didn’t complete and others realised they were not ready but he has since found a lovely couple that have bought our home and we are more than happy with the price Anthony was able to get for us. Anthony was delightful to work with and he will never let you down! A friend for life too!
