I am happy overall with Shiv’s performance and can recommend him. He did well to sell my house back then when market had just started to change. He was good in keeping the buyers interested. There was some minor hiccup initially to get the house to market and us losing couple of critical weeks as he caught Covid but he made up for it during the campaign and sold the house successfully during auction.
