Shiv had a secure knowledge of the area, both past and present. He was always prompt and polite, always returned calls in a timely manner. He was well spoken and had a very friendly disposition. My sale was very prompt pre market, this I feel was due to the huge data base he has accumulated over time. He is very respected throughout the community and this I feel also helped with the sale. Shiv also contacted me personally after the sale was completed to thank me for giving him the opportunity to sell my home. This personal touch went along way, I was with friends when he rang and they too were in awe that he took the time to contact me even after everything was completed.
