Shiv knew the market and kept us up to date with buyer feedback and where the market was seeing the value in our property. Unfortunately our sell price was below our expectations, but that was thre market and nothing Shiv could control. Viewings were done on both saturdays sundays throughout the campaign which was great as most other agents dont provide this and in the current market, every advantage counts. Highly recommended in the Glenwood market.

Shiv was always professional and friendly. He listened to what we were after, and asked for feedback on properties he'd shown us. He didn't give us the stock standard sales pitch about things irrelevant to us like the wonderful local schools (our children are in their 30s!) He gave us space to discuss between ourselves without a heavy presence. His follow up was outstanding. He kept us in the loop constantly.
