Bianca and Gary came to our home together and sat down and commenced to fully explain all of the opportunities open to us in selling our home . This was the first time in 40 years since we moved in . Both were more knowledgeable about the market than we ever thought possible . They advised us of our homes value at this time and explained to us points to consider in our sales approach to the market our home sold 48 hours after it went on the market and for exactly what we were told as a market guide . even after it was sold we were still receiving enquiries on the property , which is a testament to both of their abilities and experiences in the market place . we still can not believe how lucky we were to find both Gary and Bianca . What a team in real estate .
