Great buying experience!
Lucky to come across Bianca while searching for a house. Even though I had been through multiple open homes with different agencies, Bianca would stay in contact to see if I had found anything and would help where she could.Bianca did find a place for me and the whole process ended up being easy, even in lockdown! Outstanding assistance with purchasing a unit
Bianca greatly assisted me throughout the entire process of purchasing a unit in the Penrith area. From the initial meeting with Bianca, she listened and took on board all of the requirements I had, and on the same day was able to find a perfectly fitted unit for me. Bianca liaised with the tenants in the unit to allow for me to have two separate viewings of the property within the same week. I immediately put in an offer which was accepted. From this point on, Bianca was there every step of the way answering all my questions and queries to ensure the process was smooth and completely stress free. Prior to meeting with Bianca, I spoke with numerous other real estate agents, however her enthusiasm, knowledge and friendliness was unmatched. I would highly recommend Bianca to anyone looking at purchasing or selling a property.
