We first met Nick in 2013 when we purchased our property. We always felt like we were getting honest information throughout the process and Nick helped when we were having some problems the vendors. His knowledge in the area is unrivalled and his candour is refreshing to see in a field that often has the opposite personality of people. Now in 2016 when we were looking to sell our property we couldn't look further than Nick and his team (who are also fantastic). He will go beyond to make himself available to you after hours which is amazing during what can be a very stressful period. The marketing campaign was great and before the open house we already had offers. Our property was sold approx 24hrs after the 1st open home for a price that we were very happy with.
