Efficient & Effective Agent
My faith in real-estate agents was reinstated after dealing with Nick. He was knowledgeable, calm and had a measured approach to selling the property. The communication from him was great and he kept me updated regularly, so that I always had the right information, to base my decisions on. He appears to be a person with integrity. No nonsense approach to selling our home.
We enjoyed dealing with Matt in the sale of our home. He displayed an excellent knowledge of the properties moving in our suburb. He gave us an honest and genuine idea of what he believed the property was worth and what he could get for us. These numbers lined up well with what our own homework on the properties sold and for sale in our area suggested. This was refreshing when compared to other agents who had come in waving big (yet unrealistic) numbers about in a ridiculous attempt to acquire our business. The advertising campaign run by Matt and the team at Elders was excellent. All of the media formats were covered well and the outcomes were slick and professional. All was delivered exactly as was our expectations after Matt thoroughly explained what we would get for our advertising budget and the expected outcomes from each.

Fantastic, honest Agent
Nick has to be one of the best agents in Sydney in our experience of buying and selling of more than 10 properties. We had a unique property to sell and Nick gave us an honest estimate of the value of our property and then had it sold 4 days after going to market for a great price and found us buyers wanting a 2 week settlement! Communication is one of Nicks strong points and he consistently updates on any inquiries or feedback from buyers and we felt so involved in the process it was really reassuring. I would have no concerns about recommending Nick to assist you with the sale of your property.
