I always had Matt and Elders Toongabbie at the top of my list when it was time for me to sell my property; purely because of what I have seen by way of success and word and mouth. I purposely requested three other agents in addition to appraise my property after Matt. It was never a price war - but for me.. "a quality war". The major difference here was Matt was the only agent of the four who was genuinely interested in every feature and addition that I knew could make a difference to a prospective buyer. He wasn't the cheapest but I knew I was getting value for money and quality in every sense with zero doubt. Quality and confidence was confirmed later when the proforma advertisement online was sent to me for approval and the newspaper.
