Super service and Super result

Outstanding
When we decided to sell our greatest asset - our unit - we wanted to get the best possible price. The array of options can be daunting. Who to trust? Who to believe? We interviewed a number of potential real estate agents but we settled on Matt because of his professional manner, his knowledge of the local market and its trends and his confidence under our questions...no, grilling! On a cooling market he drove the price to over $50k more than other units in our complex that were sold both before and after ours. We were more than satisfied and have no trouble endorsing Matt to any other potential seller.

Great Agent

We had a very pleasant and hassle free selling experience with Matt Barham. From the initial market appraisal to designing the marketing package, getting the property ready for the buyer inspections and throughout the negotiations, Matt was always on top of the processes, guided us with relevant information and case studies. After the inspections he updated us regularly and thoroughly about the offers and explained where we stood with the offers and how he was negotiating. He got us a great result at the end. Matt liaised with our tenants and the rental team to provide notices and keep the tenants well informed about the sale status. After the contract was exchanged, everyone involved were well informed about the status. Matt was with us on every step through out the process.
