With the property having lost almost $50,000.00 in value since 2018 according to an experienced valuer (thanks COVID-19!), notwithstanding the work done on the property readying it for sale, we were anxious of a sale price below the true value of the property given the current market. Such worries were baseless, the targeted auction campaign produced significant interest and resulted in a sale price $70,000.00 above the 2020 valuation. The sound advice to re-carpet, re-paint and stage the property was effective and prospective buyers were impressed with the interior!
