Katrina is the one you want as your Agent whether you sell or buy. The house I bought she sold to its vendors before as well as having sold their previous house. She is courteous, casual, never pushy, a good listener, ready to answer questions. If you phone her, she returns your call promptly. She is highly experienced and she obviously enjoys doing her best both by the vendor and the buyer. So if you buy anything, pray that she is you Real Estate Agent. Katrina went out of her way from my first phone call to help me to see the property (outside the normal inspection times). She handled the negotiation of the sale with the Vendor in a timely (often out of hours) manner and was helpful and direct in the negotiations. After exchange Katrina assisted me to understand more about the property and assisted me above and beyond what even I expected to get information from the Vendor.
