Understanding
I would like to thank Alan for his understanding when we needed to delay the sale of the property. He held the listing for a considerable time and continued to forward on information about the market values, without pressure or being too forward. My mother and I appreciated his honesty and sincerity. Throughout the sale he kept me well informed with regular updates. The whole sale process, from my perspective was simple and expedient for which I am extremely grateful.

Courteous, patient & capable
From late 2017 when it was decided to sell the properties, my wife and I met agents and representatives to decide with whom to go to market. Peter was courteous from the first, patient with discussions, and obviously capable. As it proved to be so.

Professional and approachable
As a buyer of a property marketed by Alan, we were impressed by his professionalism. There was at least one other person interested in the property and Alan managed the process to determine the highest offer with integrity and excellent communication. If we were to sell a property in the Blackheath area, we would certainly consider using him.
