People always say that selling your home, particularly by auction, is a very stressful time. Alan and his impressive team at Ray White Blackheath could not have done more to alleviate any anxiety we might have had. With a clear plan of action to cover every possible outcome, we knew that nothing was being left to chance. Our marketing plan was comprehensive and every lead logged and followed up meticulously. Open homes on the weekends were, likewise, run with the precision of a military operation and a database of every single ‘attendee’ built up to create a dynamic picture of how the market was responding to our property.
