Outstanding agent
Chris actually sold me this house 6 years ago and i recall him being incredibly passionate about the house when chatting with him prior to purchase. I do remember Chris giving me and another party bidding on the same house 24 hours to close out bids, i really appreciated this and knew i could trust Chris. This is why i engaged with Chris now that i was selling the house. When setting the price range Chris was realistic in the current selling climate, he did not over promise. Chris knows the market for the Blue Mountains incredibly well and i found him to be very switched-on in terms current climate and trends. Chris was fully engaged with me during the entire selling process, he was proactive in getting back to me after open homes, keeping me briefed each week via an eReport on who had inspected, their thoughts etc. I found Chris to be very friendly, honest, reliable and enthusiastic throughout the sale of my home. I would definitely recommend Chris should you be looking for an agent in the mountains.

Chris has a great industry knowledge which combined with his professionalism and dedication made the selling process really easy for us. He communicated and consulted with us on a near daily basis and provided high quality weekly reports. Chris has a really good feel for the market conditions and will provide quality advice. First Home
Chris went above and beyond for my partner and I to help us secure our first home. He was accomodating with times to allow us to view the property and was very knowledgeable, approachable and honest with us. He never pushed us into anything and was purely there to ensure the best outcome for both us as a buyer and for his vendor. Chris showed his colours of having an outstanding moral compass as well throughout the proces, where other agents may have been bribed to ensure that the process of biding was fair between me, my partner and the other people we were biding against. He was also very accessable and easy to get into contact with. Even after the purchase Chris has been helpful communicating between his vendor and us about purchasing items from the vendor to help us set up our first home. He has made the daunting task of buying our first home simpler and easy for us and we can't thank him enough.
