Professional an hard working
Chris did a great job selling our house. He went to great lengths and acted always swiftly. He also helped a lot with the sometimes confusing procedures, settlement etc. as we were buying and selling at the same time. Chris is a very good seller and a pleasure to work with. Also thank you for the excellent photos and drone shots!

Skillful agent, honest person
Alan and his team at Ray White Blackheath have been excellent through the whole process. As a vendor, I have had past experiences with the real estate market players in the Blue Mountains, therefore it's with full knowledge of the facts when I say Alan is the most skillful, honest and reliable agent in the area. Moreover, our house was a difficult one, a designer home like no others in the mountains. Alan approached us with professionalism, realistic expectations and genuine care. Smooth transaction thanks to Chris
Chris le Roux was a pleasure to deal with! He conducted himself in a highly professional manner and had excellent knowledge of the area and market he was selling in. He was approachable, easy to converse with and very responsive to any enquiries we had. He went over and above what other agents would do at a very difficult time of COVID and lockdowns to allow us to view the property we were looking at purchasing within COVID guidelines. Chris le Roux is very well informed about real estate market conditions. He sent us weekly market reports for at least 2 years before we decided to sell. He assessed our property expertly and promptly at a better price than we expected. He prepared a comprehensive sales campaign that was so effective that he sold it within 2 days. He kept us informed at each step of the sale with em's and phone calls. Chris expertly sorted some unexpected problems we had with the sale. He was always available at the office and on the road to answer questions. Overall, he is thoroughly professional and at the same time friendly and approachable.
