David has been providing us with help and advice on both buying and selling for a number of years so we already had a good relationship with him which made working with him really easy. The most valuable thing was providing constant and honest feedback both leading up to and throughout the campaign about both our property and the market. Ray White has a large market share so there is intel and cross pollination on the whole market which is invaluable. His approach is to say it like it is and provide constant, honest feedback throughout the process. I was always concerned that we would be told something different to what would be achieved to win the listing; however, David was frank from the start, and his knowledge of the market delivered on the realistic valuation range he set at the outset.
