I really debated which agent to go with in Turramurra. We are spoiled with good agents that sell a lot of properties but none like Matt and his team. They don't sell real estate. They are match makers... finding the perfect new family that will love your home as much as you have. Matt and his team of Helen, Therese, Maddi and Georgia could never do enough, never settled till the match was made, never relied on old approaches, never failed to impress everyone they met. They were always positive, always warm, always professional, always followed up, always made my wife and I feel like everything was in control. As per the title of this review Matt and his team welcomed people into my house like he was welcoming old friends into his own home. Everyone through the house felt its warmth and love which Matt and his team amplified. Matt also advised us on what to touch up, repair, replace etc. His attention to detail about what buyers value was spot on. We ultimately sold before auction and could not be more happy with the new owners. It was a joy selling our house with Matt.
