Due to absence on a holiday, Tom liaised with family members on our behalf, until we returned and were able to view the property for which they all showed such enthusiasm! With a very limited time in which to educate ourselves about the property in order to make an informed decision, Tom and the team provided a step by step outline of the requirements and then it was up to us to to follow through. Given we weren't planning a move, and haven't done so for 30 years, there was a lot to take in!! Tom was patient and personable, listened to our questions and concerns and found solutions as needed.
