Thomas is a new young Agent, who has to learn a lot in this trade, selling a property alone does not make you a Good Agent, though he is professional in what he does, but he lacks that human touch, trust and compassion which is required in any profession when dealing with people. Understanding people and their requests and going slightly out of way to help them will make him not only good for his profession but also for himself and can take him long way in his professional carrier. I am saying this because of my personal experience with him, a simple request by us for extra access visit to measure kitchen was flatly refused by him, which caused us not only psychological stress but also extra financial burden,A request which we think was not unreasonable.
