Throughout the entire process Thomas was brilliant, giving us clear communication, very accurately setting our expectations and managing to understand exactly how we needed to be interacted with. He was also great in having to deal with a somewhat demanding purchaser and has proven to excel even under severe pressure and has shown excellent grace under fire.
