David and his team were fantastic right from the start. We met with David to discuss the sale and he came prepared with information about recent sales and comparable properties in the area. He knew what he was talking about. David is a very good listener and never gave the impression that he was in a hurry or that our questions weren't valid. Once we signed the listing agreement we felt we were in very good hands. Candice organised a stylist and recommended a handyman and a cleaner to help us get the house ready. She also put us in touch with someone to do the building inspection. We were able to get the photography done and get on the market quite quickly. David remained in touch during this period and once the inspections started he followed up in afternoon on the same day and sent detailed reports on Mondays. After one Saturday inspection there were two interested parties - David spoke to us early on Monday morning, negotiated and kept us in the loop over the next few hours and by 3pm the deal was done and we signed the contracts! Since the sale David's team have helped us with the paperwork and overall it has been a smooth process, very professionally handled. I don't know how he does it but David gives the impression that you are his only client! He was always happy to take calls during the week and returned calls very promptly. Nothing was too much trouble. I couldn't recommend David, Candice and the Ray White team more highly.

Deciding to sell the house which has been our home for 29 years was a major decision. We met several estate agents at "open houses" and all were polite and helpful. We invited three agents to give us a sales proposal. We selected David Walker for several reasons - he has sold many houses in our area and everyone seemed happy with his service. We have known David for over ten years and felt we could trust him. David has extensive knowledge of the real estate market, and he didn't give us unrealistic expectations. The campaign to sell the house went well. David and his team were very professional, always punctual. They were ready to allow people to inspect the house several times as well as on the agreed "open house" days. When we were out of Sydney and someone wanted to inspect the property, Belinda came round first and tidied up - what great service. Thank you David and your excellent team.
