Michael is a superb agent. Michael worked closely with us to get a sales strategy to get our house on the market and sold. Sold was duly delivered in 10 days. Michael communicated with us every step of the way and guided us on the timing of negotiations and ultimately the deal's closure.

When it came time to sell our property, we returned to the agent who sold it to us: David Walker. During the pre-marketing stage, his team was extremely helpful and attentive in ensuring that the property hit the market in the most saleable condition possible. A big thank you to Candice Allan for going above and beyond with all the pre-sale preparations! After marketing commenced, David kept us informed every step of the way, and his assessment of market conditions was incredibly accurate. He actively engaged with interested potential buyers, and eventually closed the deal at the very highest end of our expectations. We trusted David to do what was best for us, and he certainly delivered on that trust. A true professional. My only regret is that we don't have another property for him to sell!

We enjoyed working with Thomas during our journey to secure our first house in West Pymble, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Thomas represented the seller, but his professionalism, honesty, and transparency throughout the process left a lasting impression on us. From the moment we expressed interest in the property, Thomas demonstrated an unwavering commitment to ensuring that we were well informed and supported every step of the way. He explained all aspects of the transaction and answered our questions. His genuine desire to assist both parties in reaching a mutually beneficial agreement set him apart. Despite representing the seller, he always maintained fairness and integrity, ensuring our interests were respected and prioritised. His proactive approach instilled confidence in us, making the process smooth and stress-free. Thomas's professionalism and dedication exceeded our expectations, and we are incredibly grateful for his assistance in securing our dream home. We highly recommend Thomas Merriman to anyone needing a trustworthy real estate agent. Lastly, his real estate video is one of the best in the business!
