Second to none sales team!
Choosing David and Belinda to sell my home was the obvious choice for me. Why? Because I had also bought my home with them as the agents for the Vendor. I knew first hand that both David and Belinda would treat potential buyers with respect and I knew that selling with them would be a similar, if not better experience - I was not disappointed. Throughout the campaign I was regularly kept fully informed regarding buyer feedback both verbally and with detailed reports. Any questions I had were answered promptly - I found them to always be helpful. The process of selling my home with David and Belinda was smooth and stress free (as stress free as selling you home can be!) from the initial meeting to discuss the sale right through to the exchange of contracts. Including advice on timing, preparation and the all important negotiations. Their area knowledge is second to none. I would highly recommend this great team

Liana was professional
Liana was professional and easy to relate to when we first interviewed her. She was clear and transparent about the process for listing our property and made herself available to walk us through each step. She is a great communicator and made sure we were comfortable with where negotiations were with potential buyers. We had great success with a sale only 12 days into the campaign with 3 very strong potential buyers. We will be recommending Liana and the team at Ray White to all our friends.

Liana's market knowledge is well informed

A well managed operation that all went to plan!
With good attention to detail, the team at Ray White Turramurra developed and successfully executed the sale plan for my parents home. As an older property, the team focused on the details to present it as positively as possible, and executed a very professional marketing plan, which all achieved good results.
