We did our research to choose an agent and I can now see why David is rated as one of the best on the North Shore. It was honestly a stress-free process selling our father’s home. He didn’t play games and was calm and honest and kept us informed throughout the sale period. Despite quite a few potential buyers suggesting it was overpriced, David was able to justify the price tag and never put pressure on us to drop the price and after seven weeks we sold for our asking price despite selling in a downturn due to rising interest rates April 2023.
