I recently had the pleasure of working with Thomas while looking for our new home. Thomas and the team were absolutely fantastic and made the process of finding and buying a house as smooth and stress-free as possible. One of the things that impressed me most about Thomas was his extensive knowledge of the upper north shore area. He is truly an expert in this area and could provide valuable insights and advice on the neighbourhood. Another thing that stood out about Thomas was his excellent communication skills. He was always quick to respond to our questions, and he also went above and beyond to ensure our settlement was completed successfully. Overall, I would highly recommend Thomas to anyone looking to buy a home. He is professional, knowledgeable, and a true pleasure to work with. He made what can be a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable.

As the owner of Ray White Upper North Shore, I expect nothing but the best from my sales team. Adam delivers on this with every sale he makes and my home was no different. He is a world class agent with a wonderful team and delivered my family a record sale for a new build in Turramurra. He understands the new build market and product and therefore is in a far better position to ‘sell’ to the customer, which makes a huge difference in the overall outcome. I can’t recommend him highly enough. He is a huge asset not only to our business but to anyone he sells for.

Matt was so helpful to me when purchasing my new home. He was always willing to answer any questions I had about the purchasing and development process and he has checked in since I have moved and helped with suggestions of trades I need. It has been a pleasure to deal with Matt.

Renovating and selling a 64 year old family home was made much easier with the guidance of Rowan. Challenges were explored jointly; decisions were made on informed processes. Rowan and Giselle Perry held my hand throughout the journey. Giselle organised, coordinated all tradespeople, presentation and superb styling; nothing was a challenge for her. Rowan’s communication was excellent; keeping me informed of potential buyers and realistic expectations, achieving an excellent outcome at auction.

Rowan and his team provided us with exceptional service and support in the sale of our family home. Rowan’s in depth knowledge of the area and the auction market became obvious as the sale went on. Giselle and the rest of the team made all of the extras that go with the sale of the house simple for us and took away all the possible stress.

Matt is a highly professional and very experienced agent in Sydney's northern suburbs. He goes above and beyond to ensure a property he lists sells and for the right price. My family y is very grateful to Matt for his assistance in selling our mother's property in difficult circumstances. He showed empathy and compassion and hung in there which resulted in a sale! We think Matt is one of those agents that CAN be trusted.

I can only give Rowan 100% for his advice and assistance during one of the most difficult periods in our lives. With a falling market there have been many challenges , Along with very good support from Giselle, he was always ready to help with expert advice and professional recommendations for assistance in a number of areas. We are very grateful to them both.

Rowan and his team were brilliant from start to finish. They clearly knew the area and the market like no one else and were instrumental in helping us prepare the property for sale helping us with trades, advice, co-ordination and follow-up. The marketing material and open houses showed the property at its best, and the process for preparation was managed perfectly, again on time and thoughtful. We sold prior to auction and would recommend Rowan in a heartbeat, most agents I would not.
