We chose David to act for us due to his knowledge and experience in the area, his success rate for sales being head and shoulders above all other agents in the area, and his extensive and totally up-to-date data base to call on. In our first meeting he listened to us keenly and took on board everything that we had to say. He then gave us his expectations for the sale process and how he intended to run the sales campaign, which was obviously mindful of our needs and expectations . Within a day or two we were presented with a comprehensive Marketing Calendar and contact details for members of his team responsible for all aspects of the marketing campaign. They were all obviously well briefed, considerate and mindful of our needs, and produced absolutely top quality photography, video and print material that also added considerably to the success of the campaign. We had over 150 groups inspect our property during the month of open houses, thanks to the persistence and hard work of David and his team. We settled prior to auction on a price we believe was the best possible in the market at that time. David called us after every open house, with details of each individual group, and his opinion of their level of interest. He also contacted many other potential buyers who had been unsuccessful in purchasing other similar properties on sale on our area recently, and in some cases, he was able to have them undertake private inspections outside normal open house hours. In summary, we are extremely happy that we had David acting for us and believe that he did everything possible to obtain the best price possible for us. We can confidently recommend David to anyone looking for an agent in our area believe that with his experience, knowledge, strong work ethic, and record of success.

Very happy with Tom + Ray & White Turramurra's service. We went with Tom to take advantage of their buyers database and it worked splendidly for us. One of their off market buyers made an offer that we accepted and we didn't even get to an open home! All in all, a great result for us and would highly recommend Tom. Other attributes that we were very happy with were that Tom had a team of trades that did amazing work at super short notice (we all know how hard it is to line up tradespeople). Lastly, Tom was excellent on camera for our property video and highlighted all the right USPs of our property.
