The team at Ray White Wahroonga are very professional, they were actually amazing in all aspects of selling a home; from preparing it for sale to marketing, the Opens, the feedback and the negotiations. I could not have prepared the house for sale without Candice, she was unbelievable, so efficient and nothing was a problem. It is a stressful time selling, particularly when it is your parents house so having Candice was a godsend, she also has a great eye for styling your home! Throughout the selling campaign David Walker impressed me, he knows the housing market like the back of his hand, was honest, calm, kept me up to date with the Opens and answered all my endless questions. He managed the tumultuous market conditions expertly and, in his stride, and was able to obtain the result we wanted. Graeme was very insightful on how to prepare the property for market and astutely managed interest in the property.
