Matt managed the sale of my apt at The Heysen, in May 2022. Matt knows the local area very well, he was tireless in his work and keen to achieve the strongest price. He was always on the front foot and seemed to be in contact with buyers 24/7 to achieve a strong outcome. There is a degree of 'old school' in Matt's approach, that is probably suited to the area and clientele; I think Ray White (as an organisation) could look to leverage social media and other digital platforms more effectively.
