David Walker sold our deceased father’s home. We were very impressed by his professionalism. We found him honest, upfront and extremely helpful. He always kept us informed during the process. He is a great negotiator as he achieved a price higher than we ever expected. We were very stressed at the time but David made the process so simple. Can’t thank him enough.

We had known Thomas for some time before putting our home up for sale and knew that his customer service and market knowledge set him apart from many competitors. We sold our property off market and were very happy with the process . He worked tirelessly to bring potential buyers through the home and provided detailed feedback after each showing enabling us to sell within two weeks. I would highly recommend Thomas to anyone looking to sell their home.

When I decided to sell my house a few months ago, the first person I thought about is Matt, from whom we bought the house. And we have been so glad to have Matt represent us. He is patient and professional, and the most important thing is that he is always as cool as cucumber, which is so crucial in this crazy market!

We interviewed 4 local agents evaluate them to sell our property at Pymble. We ended up picking Rowan and his team from Ray White as Rowan was upfront with us telling us what we needed to hear, not what we wanted to hear. His style of honest appraisal of the property, what buyer would end up buying it, his suggestions on what needed to be done to to get the best price all ended up giving us an excellent result at auction that we were very happy with. I would definitely recommend Ray White.

I have bought and sold numerous properties over time, however, I can say without doubt the selling experience with Thomas and the team was absolutely outstanding. Thomas delivered on all that was promised from start to finish. I have no doubt his confidence & knowledge in knowing the market were key in exceeding my price expectations. At every stage of the process I was comfortable it was in safe hands. I encourage all potential sellers to talk with Thomas before mandating an agent.
