In a tough market and after many weekends searching with a good budget, Matt found us the right property off-market quickly and created a seamless 2-day transaction! Transparency throughout the process on price and property/area information made it an easy and stress-free purchase! Thanks for helping us on our journey Matt!

I had a great experience working with David and Belinda. I told them that i am genuine buyer and they need to give me the number they are looking for. They acknowledged it and called me only when they were ready and we closed the deal in 1 phone call.

Matt Bolin and his team did an excellent job marketing and selling our property. During the whole campaign, communication was spot on. Matt was always approachable and responsive. He is an excellent communicator, very easy to deal with and achieves the client's goals with his knowledge of the market and his negotiating skills. Also his team Jen and Suzy were the nicest and most capable people to work with. We are very happy with the result and would recommend Matt without any hesitation.

Having worked in the property industry as a legal professional, I can say that Rowan has been a pleasure to deal with. Quick and responsive and knows the market matching up both the vendor and the buyer's expectations to help secure my dream home. Rowan presents well, is genuine with his feedback and is very professional in the manner in which he presents and communicates. Would highly recommend him to present your home for sale.

I can’t recommend Rowan highly enough. His efforts in selling our project have been above and beyond our expectation. He is thorough and practicable, and consistently professional, punctual and amiable. Dealing with Rowan has always been a great delight, always a pleasure to communicate with, and patient without being pushy throughout. He always went for the extra mile for us, and from time to time taking interested purchasers to our previous projects. A superb agent!

Beside the successful sale campaign they provided. They also helped us to arrange the builder with renovation, styling, cleaning. They are literally onsite everyday to monitoring and guiding the whole process to prepare the house for the market. Thanks again for your hard working and professionalism.

From our very first meeting with Rowan we were confident we had engaged a great team of professionals to sell our home. Fantastic marketing and great communication during the campaign resulted in a successful sale before auction. Rowan and his team were very efficient and provided information and feedback in a timely manner. It was a pleasure to do business with them and we would strongly recommend their services to prospective vendors.

From our first meeting with David and Michael, they were both extremely professional, very knowledgeable in the local area and very respectful of our concerns about selling our home during a pandemic lockdown. They were readily available to us in person and via the phone to answer all our questions and to provide advice on how open homes work during this difficult time. During the negotiations they remained calm with all our questions and concerns and advised us the whole way though.

Michael did an exceptional job in the lead up to making a sell decision, and throughout the process; including recommending services. He listens carefully and really interprets clients' requirements. He was warm, friendly and professional, stayed in touch, and responded to questions quickly, whilst keeping us fully informed. We were in the hands of a real professional; and his warm friendly demeanour meant we were able to stay relaxed throughout. We could not recommend Michael more highly.
