Our property was on sale before Covid lock-down. Rowan has offered professional advice and strategy on how to maximize potential sale price by choices of add-value improvements and furnish & furbish solutions. It has been a highly successful campaign, driving abundant foot traffic, and the property was well positioned for a successful auction. However, due to enforcement of Covid-19 lock-down restrictions, the auction did not go ahead. Property market has since declined considerably.
