Having been through the Selling and Buying Process 9 times over the last 25 years, we feel well equipped to write this review. In this time we have had both positive and negative experiences, each experience fine tuning our expectations of what we believe it takes to deliver. We had been monitoring the market closely and had been impressed by David Walker and his team- through their digital presence, their market knowledge and the relationships they have built with much of the Upper North Shore. They seemed to have a genuine interest and empathy for both buyers and sellers - which speaks volumes of their passion and integrity as professionals. We had decided to sell at the early stages of the pandemic - and after consulting with David we both felt reassured that regardless of this once in a lifetime unique "market" - that he was the absolute best person to partner with through this process. David and his team provided unparalleled communication and service. He supported our desire to sell "off-market" and had a strategy for pre and post this decision. We believe this is Davids big point of difference - not a "one size fits all". Needless to say we didn't need a plan B as David sold our home within a week at a price we were very happy with! Today is a day mixed with emotions. Elation, relief, celebration, sadness, reflection. For us the end of a significant chapter as a young couple embarking on a life together. Turramurra was an aspiration that we desired and that became our reality. It was a place whereby we could call our first real home. It was a place we further solidified our commitment and married and a place were we welcomed our first born. A place were we learnt about all the joys and pangs of home ownership first hand. Most importantly it was a foundation from which we built onwards and upwards a security to our future and that for our children. Your professionalism, energy, enthusiasm and optimism as well your kind approach and passion for what you do, your clients and the area in which you live gave us no hesitation in seeking you. In fact this was further solidified in the testing times we all faced as our property value initially predicted plunged due to COVID19 and threw curveballs to you as to how best navigate the situation. At times there was a lot of stress and tension of the unknown but your grace, patience and persistence paid off and in turn helped us sell in the changing climate we found ourselves in. We thank you and Georgia for the time you both invested in ensuring that we not only got an outcome of a sale but in ensuring that we felt listened to and valued.
