We followed his advice to the letter on timing, choosing to auction, the length of the campaign, the spend on limited renovation, marketing, staging, and so on. He told us to do certain things and not others. He was always there to assist and the interest generated was well beyond our expectations. We had a pragmatic price guide as there had been no equivalent sales for some time. This guide had to be revised upward but the final result was well beyond our most optimistic expectation. Eddie was in tune with the market and he has achieved the street record. He has our unreserved recommendation.
