Barry did a excellent job selling 12 townhouses off the plan. It was not an easy sell, and he had to stick at it for several months, but he did it conscientiously and industriously, and in the end got some great sales locked in. His integrity and frankness were keys to his success in achieving the sales. Barry also has an excellent name in the local area. Without the sales Barry achieved, the project could not have gone ahead. I strongly recommend him as an agent.
