2nd time with Tim.

This was our 2nd time we had usedxTim as our agent in 9 years. Tim and his team, made the sale (auction actually) a very easy process. After having every open house this time happening with rain, thankfully it didn't dampen the number of inspections (which exceeded expectations). Thankfully auction day fined up, and it went better than we hoped. Tim Latham and the RW team did an excellent job in marketing our property, and achieving an excellent target that we were happy with.
