Nice lady, but double check what they advise carefully

Jessica and the team are nice and accommodating however, like all agents, exceptionally pushy to make a sale and to pressure bids at auction - sure, I respect the hustle to balance the needs of buyers/sellers and to maximise commission. What I don't appreciate is when I asked Jessica if the property I purchased had a gas connection, she said she would check and said yes as a knee-jerk response. She was careless in due diligence and said what she needed to say to appease me, not sure how this could be misadvised. However it is my bad for not validating this, I won't trust a sales agents word again.
