My recent dealings with Ray white has been excellent their customer service great very friendly staff at counter on the phone and everything is done to the book. I have rented for many years and had not so great agents. But Ray white urban springs has been fantastic and it's always reassuring to know if there is a problem at all they will deal with it promptly. The maintenance ap is also fantastic and not many competitors offer that.
