He understood that I was time-poor and needed to act fast. Within no time, I was shown through the property, and I knew straight away it was the one. Oscar was incredibly professional, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire process. The paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently, and communication between myself and the sellers was seamless. During inspections, Oscar took note of everything that needed attention and ensured it was followed up. Kylie was also fantastic — keeping me fully informed and arranging everything behind the scenes. Even when one of the contractors let them down, they managed the issue smoothly with minimal delay to settlement.
