Great Experience!
Vivian has a comprehensive knowledge of the market and has showcased her ability to deliver results. We understood that we were selling in a slower market but she overdelivered and got us the result we wanted but didn't expect to receive. Thanks, Vivian!

Attention to detail / superb knowledge
A pleasant experience working with Vivian and team. They are proactive, knowledgeable, polite, patient and have great attention to detail that makes all the difference. Especially Vivian who truly works for the client, providing constant and consistent feedback on progress and advice. On the auction day Vivian and the auctioneer worked really hard to secure the best price for us. In my opinion this RayWhite team is second to none.

Job well done
My wife and I are happy to have chosen Vivian to sell our property recently. We found her very approachable and easy to communicate with right from the start. Having sales/marketing experience myself, I found her initial presentation was concise and informative, and conveyed her grasp of the current changing property market environment. In formulating the sales campaign, in consultation with us, she strategized the marketing plan which as a result achieved a satisfactory outcome for us. Above all, her communication and feedback in keeping us informed and up to date were exemplary. We are happy to have worked with Vivian and her efficient team.
