I made the best decision in choosing Vivian to sell my residential investment property . She sold 3 days prior to auction (scheduled for 16/7/22) for a price that was above my expectations. In choosing a sales agent I had researched online and organised a couple of valuations. Vivian was a stand out with her ‘get up and go’ , lively and confident manner and I felt she would relate well with prospective purchasers. During the sales campaign I had to learn to trust in her advice , knowledge and expertise and it resulted in her planning and strategies paying off. Her communication and feedback were excellent. Rising interest rates (June/July 2022) and a slowing in the market caused me to review my expectations down but Vivian and her team put in a lot of effort and hard work to achieve a price that was so much more than I had expected. Wonderful result, very happy vendor.
